Shelley Leggett

Shelley Leggett started riding at 2 years old where she competed in her first barrel race at Colourville Rodeo. Both her parents rode so she had access to beautiful Quarter Horses. Shelley also competed in western pleasure, halter, trail and on weekends off she went to Pony Club.

For the past 8 years, Shelley has been running her business 'TJ Ranch Equine Education' where she runs clinics on cattle handling, ground work, confidence, obstacles, liberty and more. They have re-educated over 400 horses. She currently works doing full time lessons and clinics as well as managing and judging clinics and competitions.

Shelley believes creating a willing partnership with your horse
will lead you to success. She always start each session with ground work and
fundamentals.

Won her first Australian
Title at age 16 in APRA All Around for Barrel Racing and Roping.

At 20 years old, won Rookie Barrel Race titles on her QH Blaine.

Winning Australian
International EXCA Green Horse Championship & 4th in the Derby.
